Safe Mode


This guide describes the step-by-step process to access Safe Mode on the ST-One Hardware®.


Accessing Safe Mode is the first step in installing and configuring the ST-One Hardware®.

SUMMARY


1. Materials and Preparations

  • Micro-USB cable;
  • Computer/laptop for configuration;
  • ST-One Hardware® Username and Password (included in the device's packaging).


IMPORTANT: Disconnect the 24V cable before connecting the Micro-USB cable.



2. Powering On the ST-One Hardware®



  • Power via Micro-USB Port:
    • Connect the ST-One Hardware® using a Micro-USB cable (not included in the packaging) to the designated port, ensuring any other cables are disconnected from the device;




    • Plug the other end of the USB cable into your computer/laptop, preferably into a USB 3.0 port;
    • Wait until the front PWR LED blinks green;
    • Once the PWR LED starts blinking green, you can proceed to the next step.



  • Connect to the Hotspot:
    • On your computer, connect to the Wi-Fi network created by the device. The password can be found in the "Getting Started" document (included in the packaging).

We recommend disconnecting from other networks (wired, mobile, etc.) to ensure a stable connection to the Hotspot.




  • Acesse o Cockpit:
    • Open your web browser and go to the ST-One Hardware® Cockpit URL. Enter the Username and Password provided in the "Getting Started" document (included in the packaging). For more details, refer to the Cockpit article.
